It is jointly invested and constructed by Nanning Railway Group, Nanning Industrial Investment Group and Shenzhen Zhuoneng New Energy Co., Ltd., and the industrial investment park company is responsible for the construction of related projects. The project is located in Wutang Industrial Concentration Zone, Xingning District, Nanning City, with a land area of about 570 mu and a planned total investment of 5.2 billion yuan.
