The Yiwu-Longquan section (Jinhua section) of the Yilongqing Expressway starts at the Xucun Interchange of the G1512 Yongjin Expressway, the starting point is K0+000, and the end point is in the Niutoushan Tunnel. K105+473.

The total length of the Jinhua section is about 105.473km, and there are 2.5 hub interchanges and 10 general interchanges along the entire line. The total length of mainline bridges is 36876.2m/91, and there are 10.5 tunnels, totaling 24921.5m, accounting for 58.59% of the entire line. Facilities along the line include 2 service areas, 1 parking area, 11 toll stations, 1 management sub-center, 1 maintenance work area, and 3 tunnel management stations. The Jinhua section has a total land area of 888.68 hectares, and 390,800 m2 of houses will be demolished. Simultaneous construction of Nanwangdian Interchange Connection Line about 1.79km, Yazhi Street Interchange Connection Line about 1.81km, Xiangzhu North Interchange Connection Line about 5.13km, Xicheng Interchange Connection Line about 2.0km, Huajie Interchange Connection Line about 1.0km, Quanxi Interchange The connection line is about 1.1km, the Wuyi South Interchange connection line is about 4.0km, the Wangzhai Interchange connection line is about 3.0km, and the Taoxi Interchange connection line is about 2.88km. The total construction mileage of the project connection line is about 22.71km.

The road level of this project is an expressway with a design speed of 100km/h. The section from the starting point to Wuyi Wangzhai adopts a two-way six-lane technical standard with a roadbed width of 33.5 meters; the section from Wangzhai hub to Wuyi terminal adopts a two-way four-lane technical standard with a roadbed width of 26.0 meters. .
