Project overview

The integrated demonstration project of seawater hydrogen production industry located in Pulandian District, Dalian City has broken ground. The total investment of the project is 800 million yuan, mainly for the construction of tidal flat photovoltaic power generation, seawater desalination and electrolytic water hydrogen production projects, which will be put into operation on September 30, 2023.

Hengli Heavy Industry Park is fully operational

In Changxing Island Economic Zone, Hengli Heavy Industry Park is fully operational. The operation of the project marks that Hengli Heavy Industries has entered a new stage of revitalizing the STX project, and marks a new journey for Changxing Island to build a 100-billion-level port high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster.

Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Green Energy Industrial Park Project started

On the same day, a number of key projects, such as the Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Green Energy Industrial Park Project, the overseas Huasheng electronic components micro/nano electrode material industrialization project in Jinpu New Area, the Huangnichuan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project in the High-tech Zone, and the Prandian District Seawater Hydrogen Production Industry Integration Demonstration Project, were started at the same time.

In addition, the cooperation between the central and local governments has presented a new situation. At present, Dalian has promoted 120 major projects of the cooperation between the central and local governments, covering many fields such as advanced manufacturing, modern service industry, new energy industry and major infrastructure.
