Recently, the delivery ceremony of the Kapiri Mposhikawama Water Supply Project in Zambia was grandly held. Chinese Ambassador to Zambia Du Xiaohui, Zambian Foreign Minister Stanley Kakubo, Regional Commissioner Francis and other local officials attended the event and delivered speeches.

The project was donated by the Chinese government and undertaken by China Civil Engineering. The site was selected at Kapiri Mposhi, the terminal station of the Tazara Railway. Ambassador Du Xiaohui and Foreign Minister Kakubo visited the project water intake and community water intake points successively. Foreign Minister Kakubo said that the project has really helped local residents and is a true reflection of the friendly development of China-Zambia relations. Zambia has made various achievements, and it is expected that China Civil Engineering can make better contributions to the development of China-Zambia friendship.
