In the past 2022, a series of policies to stabilize investment have been actively implemented, and a large number of major projects have started construction one after another. The planned total investment of newly started projects has increased by 20.2% compared with 2021. The relevant person in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission stated that in 2023, investment should be accelerated.

The National Development and Reform Commission stated that the investment work in 2023 will focus on 102 major projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan, strengthen the construction of major infrastructure such as transportation, energy, and water conservancy, systematically deploy new infrastructure, accelerate the upgrading and development of the manufacturing industry, and strengthen social undertakings and urban areas. The construction of people's livelihood areas such as aging and renovation of gas pipelines, urban waterlogging control and affordable housing projects.

In the first quarter, we will accelerate the issuance and use of local government special bonds in advance, and accelerate the issuance of a batch of investment plans within the central budget.
