At the morning of February 1, 2023, the centralized commencement ceremony of major projects in the first quarter of 2023 in Guizhou Province was held at the centralized commencement points of all cities and prefectures. The main venue of the province was located at the project site of Netease Data Center in Gui'an New Area.

It is understood that in the first quarter of 2023, a total of 687 major projects have been launched in Guizhou Province, with a total investment of 376.767 billion yuan, including 564 four modernization projects, 88 infrastructure projects and 35 livelihood projects. 287 projects will be commenced this time with a total investment of 182.821 billion yuan, and 216 projects will be commenced in the first quarter with a total investment of 103.241 billion yuan. A number of major projects have taken root in Guizhou, injecting surging impetus into the high-quality development of Guizhou.

From the perspective of investment field

Among the projects launched in Guizhou Province in the first quarter of 2023, there are 250 new industrialization projects with a total investment of 20.893 billion yuan, 157 new urbanization projects with a total investment of 75.685 billion yuan, 95 agricultural modernization projects with a total investment of 29.275 billion yuan, 62 tourism industrialization projects with a total investment of 29.055 billion yuan. There are 88 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 31.273 billion yuan. There are 35 livelihood projects with a total investment of 10.586 billion yuan.
