2023 is the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Over the past ten years, the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has achieved fruitful results. With a new starting point in ten years, how will China promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative? In this regard, Zhao Lei, deputy director of the Institute of International Strategy of the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, gave a wonderful answer!

In Zhao Lei's view, the main body of the Belt and Road Initiative is the enterprise. Enterprises should go out, go in, and go up. To do market share and business is to go out; to do technology and standards is to go in; to make the culture, philosophy and values of Chinese enterprises a phenomenon and become a learning object for everyone is to go up.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, Zhao Lei said that in 16 words, it means orderly advancement, internal and external coordination, dynamic adjustment, and a strong sense of rhythm. The construction of the Belt and Road Initiative still maintains its strength and resilience without weakening. Now that the international community’s risk stack is indeed not stable, we must seize the opportunity to enhance the certainty of peace and development for the international community through the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and enhance China’s economic diplomacy and international shaping power of global governance.
