Recently, the first steel box girder Z65 section of the mid-span of the Lingdingyang Bridge of the China Railway Baoqiao Shenzhong Passage Project was successfully erected, marking the full launch of the steel box girder erection work of the Lingdingyang Bridge contracted by the company.
The Z65 steel box girder is a standard steel box girder with a length of 12.8m, a width of 49.7m and a height of 4m. The hoisting of the segment started at 12:20 am on January 29, and took a total of 40 minutes. In the early stage of hoisting, the project department actively coordinated with all parties to organize the joint acceptance of the beam segment before shipment, and overcome the unforeseen changes in the sea climate. Determine the influence of factors, repeatedly confirm the hoisting time and shipping direction, ensure the smooth delivery of the steel box girder, and lay the foundation for the smooth hoisting in the future.
The Shenzhong Channel is a world-class cross-sea channel project integrating bridges, islands, tunnels, and underwater communication. The main project of the project is about 24 kilometers long, of which the bridge project is about 17 kilometers long, and the total steel box girder is about 280,000 tons . The project is about 30km away from the Humen Bridge in the north, and about 38km away from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in the south. The company's G04 contract section has a total construction mileage of 3,753m, including the steel box girder of the Lingdingyang Bridge (1/2 engineering volume) and the non-navigable bridge in the west flood discharge area.
