On February 1, 2023, Tianjin held a centralized signing ceremony for the first phase of key promotion projects. A total of 38 projects were signed in the first phase, with a total investment of 452.308 billion yuan.

This centralized signing project has strong support, wide fields and new concepts. From the perspective of the total investment of contracted projects, projects with a value of more than 10 billion yuan accounted for 74.95%, with an average investment of 11.9 billion yuan. From the perspective of contracted project types, there are 15 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 184.477 billion yuan; 9 industrial upgrading projects with a total investment of 77.68 billion yuan; 7 cultural tourism projects with a total investment of 70.3 billion yuan; 7 social and people's livelihood projects with a total investment 119.851 billion yuan. From the perspective of the source of funds for contracted projects, the main body is more extensive and diversified, giving full play to the leading role of government investment, and focusing on stimulating the vitality of social capital investment, with social capital investment accounting for more than 80%.

In the next step, Tianjin will take this centralized signing event as an opportunity to further optimize and improve the quality and efficiency of project work, release the key role of ballast stone in major projects, and support the steady recovery of economic operation with high-quality projects.
