In 2023, Inner Mongolia plans to invest 3.2 trillion yuan in key projects
In the beginning of 2023, economic recovery is the top priority of the country's work, and the investment guarantee of major projects has a strategic, fundamental and leading role. The reporter learned from the region-wide teleconference on promoting the construction of major projects held on February 4, 2023 that in 2023 Inner Mongolia plans to implement 3,168 projects with a government investment of more than 50 million yuan and an enterprise investment of more than 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 3.2 trillion yuan. The annual planned investment is 773.9 billion yuan, an increase of 140.3 billion yuan compared with 2022. Among them: 52 projects with a total investment of 10 billion yuan and above, an increase of 11 compared with 2022; 98 projects with a total investment of 5 billion to 10 billion yuan, an increase of 45 compared with 2022.
In terms of investment types, there will be 1,077 government-invested projects in Inner Mongolia in 2023, with an annual planned investment of 136.4 billion yuan, an increase of 16.6 billion yuan over 2022. There are 2091 enterprise investment projects, and the annual planned investment is 637.5 billion yuan, an increase of 123.7 billion yuan compared with 2022. The annual planned investment of the two types of projects has achieved steady growth.
In terms of the nature of construction, there will be 1,592 new projects in Inner Mongolia in 2023, with an annual planned investment of 411.8 billion yuan, an increase of 87.5 billion yuan compared with 2022. There are 1,576 continued investment projects, and the annual planned investment is 362.1 billion yuan, an increase of 52.8 billion yuan compared with 2022. The latest schedule shows that as of the end of January, the construction investment of major projects in the region has completed 23.48 billion yuan. The whole region has changed from "cat winter" to "busy winter", proactively and front-line service, and approval personnel at all levels take the initiative to help enterprises with formalities, and go all out to promote the preliminary work of major projects.
