Recently, the G85 Yinkun Expressway, G93 Chengdu-Chongqing Regional Ring Expressway Chongqing High-tech Zone to Rongchang District (Sichuan-Chongqing boundary) section reconstruction and expansion project + Chongqing Dianjiang-Fengdu-Wulong Expressway PPP project construction drawing survey and design results have been awarded It was announced that the consortium of China Railway Changjiang Transportation Design Group won the bid, and the estimated investment amount of this project is about 51.1 billion yuan.

Construction location: The Chengdu-Chongqing reconstruction and expansion project is located in Chongqing High-tech Zone, Jiulongpo District, Bishan District, Yongchuan District, Dazu District, and Rongchang District. The Dianfengwu project is located in Dianjiang County, Fengdu County, and Wulong District.

Chengdu-Chongqing Reconstruction and Expansion

The initial recommended route starts from the existing Hangu Interchange of Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, passes through Hangu Town, Baishiyi Town, and Zouma Town in Chongqing High-tech Zone to Laifeng Street in Bishan District, and detours from the north side of the Chongqing New Airport Planning Area. Mafang returns to the existing Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, passes through Da’an Town, Yongchuan District, and builds a new line near the Qiyi Reservoir. After passing through Jishan Mountain near Guanyintang, it intersects with Guanglu Expressway, and returns to the existing Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway near Shuangshi Town. From Dazu The newly built route on the south side of Youting Town, Rongchang District returns to the existing Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway near Shuiba Village, Rongchang District, and finally passes through Fenggao Street, Changzhou Street, Changyuan Street, Ronglong Town, and ends at Sangjiapo on the Sichuan-Chongqing border. The recommended route has a total length of about 100.4km and a total investment of about 19.6 billion yuan, of which construction and installation costs are about 13.67 billion yuan.

Main project scale: 10976m/74 bridges along the recommended line, including 621m/1 large bridge; 6290m/2 tunnels, including 3706m/1 extra-long tunnel; 16 interchanges, including 6 hub interchanges and 4 service areas .

Technical standard: The section from the starting point of the project to Qinggang is about 14.8km long, the design speed is 80km/h, and the roadbed width is 40.5 meters; the section from Qinggang to the end is about 85.2km long, the design speed is 100km/h, and the roadbed width is 41.0 meters. The whole line adopts the two-way eight-lane expressway standard.

Chongqing Dianjiang-Fengdu-Wulong Expressway

The initial recommended route starts from the Sichuan-Chongqing provincial border near Chuanzu Temple on the north side of Dianjiang Xinmin Town, connects with Sichuan Dazhu-Chongqing Dianjiang Expressway (Sichuan section), and goes south through Dianjiang Xinmin, Gao'an, Gangjia, Peixing and other townships enter Fengdu, cross the Yangtze River after passing through Xumingsi, Sanyuan, Baohe, Shetan, Shuren and other townships in the south, and intersect with the Yanjiang Expressway (G69) on the south bank of the Yangtze River; Road, Lizi, and Jilong enter Wulong; continue southward through Wulong Jielong, Tudi, Huolu and other townships to the vicinity of Zhongzui, Xiangkou Town, and connect with Wulong-Daozhen Expressway. The recommended route has a total length of about 160.3km and a total investment of about 33.81 billion yuan, of which construction and installation costs are about 25.16 billion yuan. Among them, the survey and design of the construction drawings of the Xingyi Yangtze River Bridge has been entrusted separately, which is not within the scope of this bidding.

Main project scale: 43647m/112 bridges on the main line of the recommended line, including 9185m/8 super-large bridges; 55142m/24 tunnels, including 41752m/9 extra-long tunnels; 13 interchanges, including 4 hub interchanges and 4 service areas place.

Technical standard: The section from the starting point of the project to the exit of Mingyueshan Tunnel No. 2 is about 5.2km long, adopting the design speed of 100km/h, the two-way six-lane expressway standard, and the width of the roadbed is 33.5m; the section from the exit of Mingyueshan No. 71.2km, with a design speed of 100km/h, two-way four-lane expressway standard, and a subgrade width of 26m; along the Yangtze River Expressway to the terminal section, the route is 83.9km long, with a design speed of 80km/h, a two-way four-lane expressway standard, and a subgrade width of 25.5m .
