Accelerate the construction of an international aviation hub, promote the construction of the main project of Xiamen's new airport and the start of projects such as air traffic control, airlines, and aircraft maintenance, accelerate the planning and construction of the airport economic zone, and promote the establishment of an airport comprehensive bonded zone. Improve the status of the railway hub, promote the completion and opening of the Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway, deepen the preliminary work of the railway passage behind Xiamen Port and the R1 line of the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou intercity railway, and promote the inclusion of the Chongqing-Changzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway (Ganzhou-Xiamen section) and the Changxia high-speed railway into the national medium- and long-term railways Network planning.
