According to reports, this is the first overseas project that the group won the bid in 2023, and it is also the first project that the group independently manages and undertakes in Cambodia.

It is reported that on March 7, 2022, the Cambodian Tebun Kemoun Provincial Hospital, which was assisted by China Railway Construction, was completed and delivered. Less than a year later, China Railway Construction won the bid for the first time in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Phnom Penh Zijing No. 1 Project is located in Shuijinghua District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, at the confluence of Mekong River, Tonle Sap River and Bassac River, less than 50 meters away from the Mekong River, with a total construction area of about 160,000 square meters and 2 underground floors , with 41 floors above ground and a total height of about 140 meters, is a large-scale building complex integrating residence, business, catering, entertainment and parking.
