The construction of projects such as the upgrading of Shenyang Ring Expressway and the south extension of the northwest connecting line will be fully launched. New projects such as the maintenance and reconstruction project of national and provincial trunk roads should be started before the end of April, and the continuation projects such as the Liuhe Bridge on the Tongwu Line should be completed by the end of the year as planned.
