On February 14, 2023, Shandong Rushan held the 2023 Rushan Base Project Promotion Meeting of Shandong Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Industry. The heads of China's top 500 enterprises, central enterprises and key enterprises in the upstream and downstream industrial chain of offshore wind power gathered together to seek the future.

At the event site, project representatives from Guodian Investment, Guohua Shandong Branch, CRRC Tongli, Jiangsu Haili, Zhongtian Technology, Cooper New Energy and other projects delivered speeches respectively. At the meeting, Luan Bin, director of Rushan New Energy Industry Development Service Center, also made investment promotion around the theme of building a new highland for the development of new energy industry. After that, Mayor Wang Dazhi signed strategic cooperation agreements with 8 new energy enterprises on behalf of Rushan City.

Vision Rushan zero-carbon industrial park

Vision Rushan zero-carbon industrial park is an important leading project in Rushan to attract investment around the offshore wind power industry. According to Zheng Shuai, deputy general manager of Vision Energy Shandong Co., Ltd., the construction of the main steel structure of the main engine plant has been completed in the first phase of the project, and the workers are installing and debugging the production equipment. At present, the conditions for formal production have been met. In the future, Vision will actively promote the ramp up of the production capacity of Phase I plants based on the development situation of new energy in Shandong, the construction progress of offshore wind power and the acquisition of orders. After reaching the production capacity, 200 sets of 7MW and above marine intelligent wind turbines and 1 million kilowatt-hour green energy storage equipment can be produced annually.

In recent years, Rushan City has continued to give full play to the advantages of the offshore wind power resources and the comprehensive transportation system of port, railway, road and bridge, and has planned and arranged four functional areas, namely, the main engine and core parts, large-scale equipment related to the sea, scientific and technological innovation and operation and maintenance, business exhibition and energy storage, which are mainly used for the development of the offshore wind power industry. With the gradual completion and operation of the key projects of offshore wind power equipment manufacturing industry planned and arranged by Rushan, the Rushan base of wind power industry in the South China Sea of Shandong Peninsula will take full advantage and will become an important economic growth pole in Rushan.

Nuclear energy heating long-distance pipeline network project

On the same day, at the centralized commencement ceremony of key projects in Yantai City, the nuclear heating long-distance pipeline network project from Yantai Haiyang to Weihai Rushan was launched, which is the supporting heat transmission network of the 900MW nuclear heating project in the third phase of Nuanhe No.1, marking the official commencement of China's first cross-prefecture-level nuclear heating long-distance pipeline network project, which will realize the inter-regional interconnection and sharing of zero-carbon heat sources, and promote the coordinated development of the dual-carbon economy in Yanwei region The integrated development of Jiaodong Economic Circle is of great significance.

As a key project of the 14th Five-Year Plan of the People's Republic of China, the 900MW nuclear power heating project of Nuanhe No.1 Phase III is the world's largest single-unit steam extraction heating project, which uses the nuclear zero-carbon heating technology with fully independent intellectual property rights. The project is planned to be put into operation by the end of 2023. At that time, Rushan cross-regional nuclear power heating will be realized, with an annual heating capacity of up to 9.7 million GJ, and the heating area can reach Qingyanwei District, meeting the heating needs of 1 million residents.

The Haiyang-Rushan supporting long-distance pipeline network project under construction this time is mainly the relevant facilities in Haiyang City, including 23 kilometers of long-distance heating main line, with a designed heating capacity of 13 million square meters. At the same time, a heat source distribution center will be built, and the intelligent dispatching and control platform will be used for parameter monitoring, data analysis and intelligent control, and the temperature control will be timely carried out according to the weather change to realize intelligent heating, scientific heating and stable heating.Editor/Ma Xue
