Changsha-Ganzhou high-speed railway from Yuxia Passage
The main line of the Changjiang-Jiangxi high-speed railway is 429.4km long, of which the Hunan section is 131.8km and the Jiangxi section is 297.6km. The estimated total investment is about 75.4 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is 4.5 years. Changsha West, Huanghua Airport, Liuyang, Shangli, Pingxiang North, Luxi South, Lianhua East, Yongxin South, Jinggang East, Suichuan, Ganzhou North, Ganzhou West and other stations are planned for the entire line.
The project feasibility study report has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the preliminary design pre-examination work has been completed, and preliminary design review and supplementary testing are being carried out; the whole line is expected to start construction in the second half of the year.
Beijing-Shanghai Second Channel Weisu High-speed Railway and Qingdao Connection Line
The length of the main line of the Weisu high-speed railway is 399.03km, of which the Shandong section is 324.67km and the Jiangsu section is 74.36km. The total investment of the project is about 60.4 billion yuan. The planned construction period is 4.5 years. There are 12 stations on the whole line: Weifang North, Anqiu, Zhucheng West, Wulian North, Juxian North (Juyi), Yinan, Linyi North, Lanling, Tancheng West, Xinyi East, Suqian East, and Yangbei.
The length of the main line of the Qingdao connecting line is 108.32km, and there are 4 stations in total: Yanghekou, Qingdao West, Zhucheng South, and Wulian North, with an estimated investment of 21.84 billion yuan.
The feasibility study of the project has passed the evaluation of the National Development and Reform Commission and is pending approval, and the preliminary design has been reviewed and pending approval; the whole line is undergoing supplementary survey and construction survey, and construction is expected to start in the second half of the year.
Zhangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway along the coastal passage
The main line of the Zhangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway is 174.68 kilometers long, including 126.60 kilometers in Fujian Province and 48.08 kilometers in Guangdong Province. The estimated total investment is 38.9 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is 4 years.
There are 6 stations on the whole line: Zhangzhou, Zhangpu, Dongshan, Zhao'an South, Raoping South, and Shantou, striving for the conditions for establishing a station in Shantou East.
The National Development and Reform Commission has approved the feasibility study of the project in January 2023, the preliminary design has been reviewed, and the measurement and construction drawing design are being carried out; it is expected to officially start in the second half of the year.

Hefei-Wuhan high-speed railway along the channel
The Hefei-Wuhan section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chongqing high-speed railway has a total length of 368.3 kilometers, and the newly-built line is 330.2 kilometers, of which the Anhui section is 167 kilometers and the Hubei section is 163.2 kilometers. The estimated total investment is 97.97 billion yuan.
There are 8 stations along the line: Hefei South, Lu'an North, Jinzhai East, Nanxi, Macheng North, Hong'an, Changjiang New Area, Wuhan Tianhe.
The feasibility study report of the project has been completed and submitted to the provincial government for countersignature, and will soon be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval; the preliminary design will be reviewed soon; construction is expected to officially start in the second half of the year.
Baoyinhai Passage Yanyu-Hubei High-speed Railway
The length of the new main line of Yan'an-Yulin-Ordos high-speed railway is 389.84km, of which 336.54km is in Shaanxi Province and 53.3km is in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total investment of the project is about 62.3 billion yuan, and the construction period is 4.5 years.
Yan'an, Yan'an New Area, Yanchuan, Qingjian North, Suide West, Mizhi North, Yulin South, Shenmu West (Jiangqiu), Erdos and other stations are planned to be set up on the whole line.
At present, it has entered the stage of measurement and preliminary design, and is speeding up the handling of relevant prerequisites for feasibility study and preliminary design approval, and is expected to start before the end of the year.
Baoyinhai Passage Zhanjiang-Haikou High-Speed Railway
The Zhanhai high-speed railway has a total length of 127 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, including the Qiongzhou Strait cross-sea ferry project. A total of 3 new stations will be built on the whole line: Leizhou North, Yingli and Xuwen South Stations, and the existing Zhanjiang North, Zhanjiang West and Haikou Stations will be introduced.
The feasibility study of the project has passed the review of the China National Railway Group in 2019; the review and approval of the preliminary design will be accelerated during the year, and it is expected to officially start before the end of the year.

Hunan Passage Shaoyang-Yongzhou High Speed Railway
Shaoyong high-speed railway has a total length of 96.14 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. There are 3 stations on the whole line: Shaoyang (existing), Shaoyang County, Yongzhou (extension).
The feasibility study of the project has been submitted to China National Railway Group for approval; currently, the work related to preliminary design approval is being accelerated, and construction is expected to officially start in the second half of the year.
Hunan Channel Jiaozuo-Luoyang-Pingdingshan High Speed Railway
The Hunan High-speed Railway Henan West Corridor, that is, the Jiaoluoping High-speed Railway, has a total length of about 219 kilometers, a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and an estimated total investment of 33.6 billion yuan. Qinyang West, Jiyuan East, Luoyang North, Luoyang Longmen, Yi There are 8 stations in Sichuan West, Ruyang South, Ruzhou South, and Pingdingshan West.
The project is about to start the pre-feasibility study review; it is expected that the preparation and review of the feasibility study report will be completed in the first half of the year, and the construction will officially start before the end of December.
Lanzhang 3rd and 4th Line Railway from Wuwei to Zhangye Section
The Wuwei-Zhangye section of the Lanzhang Third and Fourth Line is an important part of the second Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway channel. The line has a total length of 243.95 kilometers, a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and a planned construction period of 3 years. The estimated total investment of the project feasibility study is about 27.276 billion yuan. Wuwei East, Zhuwangbao, Jinchang South, Hongwan, Shandan North and Zhangye West stations are planned to be established along the whole line.
The feasibility study of the project has passed the review of China National Railway Group; the on-site measurement and preliminary design review are being promoted, and the construction is expected to officially start before the end of the year.
Tongren to Jishou Railway
Tongji Railway is a national "13th Five-Year" railway planning and construction project. The new main line has a total length of 52.1 kilometers and a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. Among them, the Hunan section is 33.2 kilometers long and the Guizhou section is 18.9 kilometers long. The estimated total investment of the project is 8.53 billion yuan, and the construction period is 4 years. There are 3 stations in Fenghuang Ancient City, Tongren North and Tongren.
The feasibility study of the project has passed the review of the China National Railway Group in 2017, and the feasibility study review will be completed by the end of 2020; the preliminary design review is being promoted.
Nanjing-Xuancheng high-speed railway
The Ningxuan high-speed railway is a new channel for high-speed railways going south from the Nanjing hub. The project has a total length of 169 kilometers, including 127 kilometers in Jiangsu Province and 42 kilometers in Anhui Province. The recommended speed is 350 kilometers per hour. The total investment in Anhui is about 7.6 billion yuan.
Nanjing, Lukou Airport, Lishui West, Gaochun, Xuancheng and other stations are planned to be set up on the whole line. The project has passed the feasibility study review of the National Railway Group, and the revised draft of the feasibility study report will be submitted to the National Railway Group soon.
Mianyang-Suining Intercity Railway
The length of the new main line of the Mianyang-Suining section of the Mian-Sui Inner City Railway is 136.16km, the total investment of the project is 35.198 billion yuan, and the design speed target value is 250km/h. There are 6 stations in Mianyang, Mianyang South, Luxi Town (reserved), Santai, Shehong, and Suining Gaoxin.
The feasibility study of the project has been approved, and the preliminary design work is being advanced, and construction is expected to officially start in the second half of the year.

South-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Guangdong Section
The section from the Pearl River Delta hub airport to the provincial boundary of the South-Shenzhen high-speed railway is the last section of the line that has not started construction. The total length of the main line is 142.10km, the estimated total project investment is 28.97 billion yuan, and the total construction period is 4 years. Design speed: 350 km/h, 2 new stations on the whole line: Yunfu Station and Luoding North Station.
The preliminary design consultation review has been completed, the environmental impact assessment has been approved, the feasibility study will be approved soon, and the construction is expected to officially start in the first half of the year.
Huangtong to Baise Railway
It is a new land-sea channel project in the west. The operating length from Huangtong Station to Baise Station is 315.10km. The total construction period is 5 years, and the total investment is about 33.4 billion yuan. The feasibility study of the project has been submitted for approval, and the preliminary design approval and construction drawing design are being accelerated.
Zhongwei-Pingliang-Qingyang Railway
It is divided into the Zhongwei-Pingliang Railway Capacity Expansion and Renovation Project and the new Pingliang-Qingyang Railway. It is a National Railway Class I, double-track, passenger-cargo railway with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour, and has the conditions to operate a power-concentrated EMU. Among them, the newly-built section from Pingliang to Qingyang is 83.6 kilometers long, with an estimated total budget of 14.242 billion yuan and a planned construction period of 4.5 years.
The feasibility study of the Pingqing section has passed the review, the feasibility study has been completed and reported to the National Railway Group, and the approval process is being carried out. It is expected that the construction of the Pingqing section will start in advance.
Wenshan to Mengzi Railway
It is an important part of the railway along the border of Yunnan and Guizhou. It is a National Railway Class I, double-track, passenger-cargo railway with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour. The main line of the line is 114.41km long, with a total investment of about 15.9 billion yuan and a planned total construction period of 4.5 years.
At present, the feasibility study report is awaiting approval, and the work related to the preliminary design and construction drawing design is being accelerated, and construction is expected to start in the first half of the year.
Lop Nor to Ruoqiang Railway
This project is a "replenishment" project in the western region of the country's medium and long-term and "14th Five-Year" railway network planning. The newly built Lop Nur-Milan section has a length of 236 kilometers, a railway grade of National Railway I, and a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
The feasibility study has passed the review of China National Railway Group and is pending approval, and the preliminary design and measurement work is being promoted simultaneously, and construction is expected to start in the first half of the year.
