Recently, the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project Department received a letter of commendation from the contractor consortium HSRCC, congratulating PowerChina on the successful completion of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway ballastless track project.

It is understood that in the letter of commendation, the contractor consortium affirmed PowerChina’s contribution to the project construction, saying that in the construction section of the ballastless track of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project department overcame the tight space faced by the project construction , heavy tasks, complex operating environment and many other difficulties, safely, efficiently and with high quality successfully completed the entire line of ballastless track engineering tasks. During the critical period of construction, the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway Project Department strictly followed the unified coordination and arrangement, and bravely shouldered heavy responsibilities. Since it was put into construction, the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway Project Department has unified thinking, unified pace, scientific organization, careful deployment, and implemented safety at all levels. Quality, increase personnel investment, and go all out to do all the work well. With the joint efforts of all the staff of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project department, the project goal was completed with quality and quantity guaranteed, and good performance was achieved, which won the recognition of all parties concerned.

According to reports, the main line of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway is 142.3 kilometers long, of which the ballastless track section is 85.3 kilometers long, accounting for 60%, and 30,177 ballastless track slabs need to be laid. It involves 36 subgrade sections, 32 bridges and 5 tunnels, accounting for 83% of the total project volume of the ballastless track, and a total of 25,720 track slabs were laid.

The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project department and the participating construction area actively acted and worked tenaciously, scientifically organized resources, dynamically adjusted the construction plan, and combined with the actual situation, increased the 4 working faces of the original construction team to 18. Organize construction, improve construction technology and other measures, arrange special personnel to increase coordination with villagers' organizations of 18 villages in the section and local government agencies at all levels, set up construction access road maintenance teams, equipped with excavators, road rollers and dump trucks to ensure transportation access roads Unimpeded, set up rainproof sheds, rainproof cloth and other measures to reduce the impact of rainfall on construction, to ensure that the quality and quantity of ballastless track construction is completed on schedule, showing a good image of China's advanced CRTS III ballastless track technology.

Previously, on December 29, 2021, the first CRTSⅢ slab-type ballastless track track slab was successfully laid on the whole line of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway, and the ballastless track project of the pipe section was completed on the whole line; Ballast turnout laying.

The successful completion of the ballastless track project of the entire line of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway means that the project construction has achieved an extremely important phased victory, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway. It is hoped that in the follow-up construction of rail laying and other projects, the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties and daring to fight tough battles will continue to be carried forward, and the landmark project of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Indonesia and the strategic docking of Indonesia's global marine fulcrum will be completed on schedule with high quality.
