Project overview

Qingyun-Zhangqiu Expressway has been included in the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" comprehensive transportation development plan of Shandong Province. It is one of the north-south inter-provincial channels for Shandong Province to connect with the outside world. It is also the key guarantee for Shandong Province to achieve the goal of "double expressways at county and county levels". It plays an important role in the national and Shandong highway network. The project starts from G205 on the west side of Changjia Town, Qingyun County, Dezhou City, passes through Qingyun County, Binzhou City, Yangxin County, Huimin County, Zouping City, Gaoqing County, Zibo City, and Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, and connects with Qingyin Expressway in the east of Diao Town, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City to reach the destination. The length of the route is 106.864km, the main line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 120km/h, and the subgrade width is 27m. There are 2 super major bridges, 9 major bridges, 24 medium bridges, 26 small bridges and 82 culverts; 13 interchanges (including 5 hub interchanges and 8 general interchanges); 27 separate interchanges (including 2 highway and railway interchanges); 133 passages and 2 overpasses; There are 2 service areas, 2 maintenance work areas, 2 section monitoring sub-centers, 1 bridge monitoring station, 8 ramp toll stations, and 2 connecting lines.

The total planned construction period is 42 months. The bidding scope includes the construction preparation stage of subgrade works, pavement works, bridge and culvert works, crossing works, drainage works, protection works, traffic safety facilities works, greening and environmental protection works (excluding the greening of interchange ramp ring and housing construction site), embedded pipeline works, temporary works, three reconstruction works, toll plaza, earthwork and site roads in each functional area Construction stage, handover and acceptance stage and defect liability stage.
