Project overview

The line of the project starts from Wenling Station, and the starting point is reserved for northward extension, and ends at Zhuanyang Avenue Station (excluding). The total length of the line is about 12 kilometers, all of which are underground lines. There are 5 stations, all of which are underground stations, including 1 transfer station. A new main substation will be built to share with Line 10; In the near future, the Sanjintan control center of the first phase of Line 3 will be used, and in the long term, it will be moved to the cloud platform control center of the Guobo line network as a whole; A new Wenling depot will be built.

Bidding scope

The bidding scope of this project is the general contracting of the first, second and fourth bid sections of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 3 Phase II Project. The construction period of the first section is 900 calendar days; The construction period of the second section is 900 calendar days; The construction period of the fourth section is 900 calendar days.

Lot division

The bidding is divided into three sections; The first bid section: Zhuanyang Avenue Station - Fengshu 1st Road Station (shield section), Fengshu 1st Road Station (underground station), a total of 1 station and 1 section construction general contracting project; The second bid section: Fengshu 1st Road Station - Fengshu 5th Road Station (shield section), Fengshu 5th Road Station (underground station), Fengshu 5th Road Station - Quanli 2nd Road Station (shield section), a total of 1 station and 2 sections; The fourth bid section: the construction general contracting project of 2 stations, 2 sections, 1 main substation, 1 entrance and exit section line (shield section).

The total investment of this bidding is 3002.45 million yuan. The first bid section: the investment amount is 677.37 million yuan, and the first bid winner is China Railway Bridge Bureau Group Co., Ltd; The second bid section: the investment amount is 849.18 million yuan, and the first candidate for winning the bid: China Railway First Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Wuhan Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd., which is not the main unit of the joint bidding; The fourth bid section: the investment amount is 1475.9 million yuan.
