On March 3, 2023,  SPCECC used a 4,000-ton crawler crane to complete the hoisting of the second high-pressure distillation tower of the CTA1 unit in Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Project.

After the hoisting of the first high-pressure rectification tower was completed on February 20, 2023, the project department immediately started to prepare for the hoisting of the second high-pressure rectification tower. In order to successfully complete the hoisting task, the hoisting technical team seized the time and progress, arranged for experienced hoists to make multiple measurements, made a detailed hoisting plan, and carefully prepared the hoisting plan and the handling plan for the crane walking site. At 12:00 noon on March 3, 2023, the second high-pressure distillation tower with a net weight of 1278 tons, a diameter of 8.5 meters, and a height of 80.5 meters was successfully completed. A good foundation has been laid for the hoisting of project equipment.

Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Project hoisted 91 large and medium-sized equipment, with a total weight of about 14486.67 tons. At present, 37 hoisting tasks have been completed, with a total weight of 9507 tons. In the follow-up, the company will invest in 4000t crawler cranes, 1250t crawler cranes, 500t crawler cranes, 260t crawler cranes and supporting vehicles to ensure the smooth progress of the equipment hoisting work of the project.Editor / He Yurong
