Accelerate the application of distributed photovoltaics in various fields, innovatively implement distributed photovoltaics + "photovoltaics +" projects such as industry, commerce, campuses, communities, and transportation, actively promote the development of photovoltaic building integration, and effectively increase the proportion of photovoltaic applications on the user side.

Accelerate the construction of distributed wind power in load centers and surrounding areas. By 2025, the total installed capacity of wind power and solar power will reach 17.5 million kilowatts and 32.5 million kilowatts respectively. By 2030, the total installed capacity of wind power and solar power will reach 24.5 million kilowatts and more than 50 million kilowatts respectively, and new energy power generation will shift from supplementary power to main power.
