It is located in Xigu District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province and Yongjing County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture. It is a double-hole single-track tunnel with a total length of 13.4 kilometers. The buried depth is about 770 meters, and four inclined shafts are set up. Among them, the No. 1 inclined shaft has a total length of 1517.2 meters and a slope of 10.6%. It is responsible for the construction task of the main tunnel of 6256 meters.
