Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the development of wind power and clean energy industries in various places has been booming. Recently, Longyuan Power and the Baise Municipal People's Government of Guangxi signed a cooperation framework agreement on a 2.5 million-kilowatt "source-grid-load-storage" integrated base project and a 20,000-ton lithium battery PVDF project.

The project is located in Tiandong County, Baise City. The region is rich in wind and light resources. The annual average wind speed is 5.75 meters per second, and the annual sunshine is more than 1,600 hours. It is the first "source network load storage" integrated base project in Baise City, Guangxi. The project plans to use the unused land, abandoned mines, pits and ponds in the county to develop and construct new energy projects. The planned development capacity is 2.5 million kilowatts, including 1.5 million kilowatts of wind power and 1 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power, and the supporting construction of a 500,000-kilowatt/1,000,000-kilowatt-hour energy storage project base (including the incremental distribution network in the park), to achieve the "double carbon" goal for Baise City Actively contribute.
