Kazakhstan, as the place where the Silk Road Economic Belt was initiated and an important country, is an important target of China’s Xinjiang’s opening up and cooperation. Nuryshev said that China's just-concluded two sessions made a series of major decisions, which will inject new impetus into promoting the high-quality development of China's economy and society. Currently, both Kazakhstan and China are accelerating their respective modernization efforts, and Kazakhstan's willingness to further strengthen cooperation with China's Xinjiang is very clear.
