Recently, Talatbek Masadykov, the special envoy of the President of Kyrgyzstan, visited the Shanghai headquarters of Envision Technology Group and had a discussion with Tian Qingjun, Senior Vice President of Envision Group, and his party. The two sides discussed the prospects and models of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country in Central Asia. It borders Xinjiang, China for 1,096 kilometers in the east. It is one of the first countries to support the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and it is also an important strategic partner of my country. In recent years, Kyrgyzstan has developed rapidly. However, the country's energy structure is dominated by traditional energy sources, and it is facing problems such as rapid growth in power demand and aging power stations. Under the comprehensive consideration of the global energy transformation wave and energy security, the country's energy structure has encountered new challenges.

President's special envoy Talatbek Masadykov affirmed Envision's continuous accumulation and great creation in the field of new energy over the years. He pointed out that new energy has good development prospects in all countries in the world, but Kyrgyzstan's energy structure is still dominated by traditional energy, and the development of new energy is imminent. Envision's smart wind, solar, storage, and hydrogen green energy industry chain technology solutions have successfully established the confidence of both parties to cooperate. Kyrgyzstan hopes to use China's advanced technology to help build a new energy system and use greener and safer clean energy together in the future.

Tian Qingjun first introduced Envision's development strategy, business segments and future plans. He said that Kyrgyzstan is a friendly and good-neighborly country with China, and he hopes to jointly seek the road of energy transformation in Kyrgyzstan in the future, and provide visionary solutions and Chinese wisdom for energy security and energy security.

Tian Qingjun further summarized the characteristics of new energy resources in Kyrgyzstan, the current status and future goals of the energy and power system. He pointed out that its urgent need for energy transformation coincides with Envision's internationalization strategy. Envision is a provider of comprehensive new energy solutions, which can fully realize the development of local upstream wind power storage and green power and the downstream green power consumption, which together constitute a complete new energy system. At present, Envision has successfully invested in the construction of several wind power projects in Kazakhstan, Vietnam and other places, all of which are important examples of the Belt and Road strategy. Envision is confident that with its advantages and influence as a leading enterprise in the new energy industry, it will assist the local area to establish a new energy system, improve various policies and mechanisms, and lead more Chinese companies to form a new upsurge in new energy investment in Kyrgyzstan. The global "dual carbon" trend is unstoppable, and it is hoped that the two sides will comprehensively promote long-term and in-depth cooperation on the basis of this enhanced understanding.
