OMV Petrom, the largest integrated energy company in Southeastern Europe, has announced the signing of a contract to transport natural gas from the Black Sea to the national transportation system via the NTS point of the Tuzla entry and exit.
The contract period is from September 2026 to September 2042. Based on currently applicable transport tariffs, the contract value is estimated at EUR 276 million. The signing of the contract follows the successful completion of the incremental capacity booking procedure for the NTS point of entry and exit from Tuzla.

It is at the heart of our 2030 strategy and will play an important role in Romania's energy security. We plan to make a final investment decision in mid-2023 and start production in 2027.
OMV Petrom becomes the operator of the Neptun Deep block in August 2022. At the end of 2022, the company submitted a declaration for the commercialization of the field. Currently, the company is advancing the tender process, licensing and other technical topics.Editor/XingWentao
