Encourage the comprehensive utilization of biomass, explore the coupling of biomass coal-fired heat and power cogeneration, encourage the development of distributed biomass power generation, and open up the link of grid connection and external transmission. Expand hydrogen energy application scenarios in an orderly manner, promote the multiple applications of hydrogen energy in transportation, power generation, industry and other fields, actively deploy pilot demonstrations of the hydrogen energy industry chain, and create a "hydrogen corridor" from Changjiu to Yichun (Fengzhang High Line). Accelerate the development of shallow geothermal energy and promote the comprehensive utilization of geothermal water. By 2025, the installed capacity of photovoltaics will reach more than 3 million kilowatts, the installed capacity of wind power will reach more than 190,000 kilowatts, and the installed capacity of biomass will reach more than 130,000 kilowatts. By 2030, the installed capacity of wind power and solar power will reach more than 5.25 million kilowatts, and the installed capacity of biomass will reach more than 160,000 kilowatts.
