The tripartite cooperative development agreement signed this time will make full use of the abundant scenery resources of Xing'an League, gather the cooperation advantages of all parties, focus on the implementation of projects, and create a new economic industrial belt of Xing'an League.

The agreement plans to build the Ruwu long-distance hydrogen-mixed natural gas pipeline, improve local people's livelihood projects, use natural gas hydrogen mixing technology, and build a green power conversion industrial park.

Planning Ulanhot Hydrogen Mixed Combustion Turbine Power Station to consume green power conversion hydrogen source. Build the whole industrial chain of green chemical industry, create a demonstration project of green power conversion industrial park in eastern Mongolia, and stimulate the local industrial economy.
