The tenderer is Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture Transportation Bureau, with a total investment of about 29 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The route starts from Mambalo, Jinghong City, and passes through the Mambalo hub to receive the construction of the Jinghong-Menglong Expressway and the planned Jinghong Ring Expressway. The route runs along the Lancang River from west to east, passes through Jingha, and passes through Mengsong West Mountain. The route turned to the southeast, crossed the Lancang River, and then routed along the valley. A hub was set up near the Maqian Bridge to connect Mengyuan to Guanlei Expressway. The route went all the way to the southeast. After passing through Mengpeng, a hub was established to connect Mengla to Mengman Expressway. After that, the route turned east , after passing the south side of Mengla County, turn south again, stop at Mohan Town, and reserve the exit conditions.

Technical standards: The project is planned to be constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 km/h, a roadbed width of 25.5 meters, a main line of about 145 kilometers in length, and a bridge-tunnel ratio of about 84%.
