The project belongs to the industry of engineering construction, and the tenderee, Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., has a maximum bid price limit of 2.8 billion yuan for the total investment bid section 1 of the project; The maximum bid price for Lot 2 is 6 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The northern extension project of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 8 (Jiaoxin Guangzhou North Station) has a total length of about 20.3km (excluding Jiangfu Station), with a total of 10 stations set up, which are all underground laying lines, and a new Yayao Depot is to be built. A type of 6-car train is adopted, powered by DC1500V overhead contact network, and the maximum design speed of the train is 80km/h (Jiaoxin Jiangfu) and 100km/h (Jiangfu Guangzhou North Station).

The project is divided into 2 bid sections. Project Name of Lot 1: General Contracting Lot 1 for the Construction of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 8 North Extension Project (Jiaoxin Jiangfu<not included) and Synchronous Implementation Project;

Project Name of Lot 2: General Contracting Lot 2 for the Construction of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 8 North Extension Project (Jiangfu<excluding>~Guangzhou North Station) and Synchronous Implementation Project.

Planned duration

Construction period of Lot 1: Total calendar days of construction period: 1800 days. The commencement date shall be subject to the commencement order date of the first unit project of the whole line issued by the Supervisor.

Construction period of Lot 2: Total calendar days of construction period: 1800 days. The commencement date shall be subject to the commencement order date of the first unit project of the whole line issued by the Supervisor.
