China Huadian Overseas Investment Corporation will participate in the project as an investor, China National Electric Engineering Corporation as the general contractor, and Sany Heavy Energy as the fan supplier. The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine pointed out that experts from the above-mentioned companies will go to the construction site in the near future and start research. The Chinese company will study the contracting procedure under the principles of Uzbekistan's public-private partnership. According to the results of the study, the two parties will sign an agreement on the construction of the wind farm. According to the above-mentioned memorandum, Chinese companies will attract US$1 billion in direct investment.

Uzbekistan attaches great importance to new energy strategic planning, and is currently vigorously developing new energy and energy storage industries, promoting domestic energy and power structure adjustment and power supply stability, and ensuring and benefiting people's livelihood. The project is invested and developed by ACWA Power, and Chinese enterprises will participate in the construction. After completion, it will greatly improve Uzbekistan's green power supply capacity and new energy development level, stimulate the vitality of industry and infrastructure, and continue to drive local employment.
