Recently, the reporter learned from the Sichuan Provincial Public Resources Trading Center that candidates for the reconstruction project of National Highway 542 from Panlong in Lizhou District to Yuanba in Zhaohua District and the Pingchang Pumped Storage Project in Bazhong City have been announced. The amount is about 4.3 billion yuan.

Reconstruction Project of National Highway 542 from Panlong, Lizhou District, to Yuanba Section, Zhaohua District

The construction site is located in Lizhou District, Guangyuan City. The total length of the route is about 32.7 kilometers. The whole line is constructed according to the technical standard of first-class highway, and the design speed is 60 km/h. The width of the subgrade is 27/23.5 meters, the design vehicle load level adopts highway-1 level, and the entire line adopts asphalt concrete pavement.

The first place in the bid for this project: Sichuan Tianhong Construction Co., Ltd., with a bidding price of 1.836 billion yuan.

Bazhong City Pingchang Pumped Storage Project

Pingchang pumping storage is located in Lingshan Town, Pingchang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, 16km away from Pingchang County (straight-line distance, the same below), 50km away from Bazhong City, 57km away from Dazhou City, and 50km away from the established Bazhong 500kV substation. It is 40km away from the already built Xuanhan Onyx 500kV substation. The project uses the already built Shuangtan Hydropower Station as the lower reservoir, and newly builds the upper reservoir and power plant. The dam adopts a concrete face rockfill dam with a crest elevation of 615m, a crest length of about 235m, a maximum dam height of 45m, a normal storage level of the reservoir of 610m, and an adjustable storage capacity of 2.93 million m3. The installed capacity of the power station is 290,000 kilowatts. The total investment of the project is about 2.5 billion yuan.
