The Guangxi Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project is the first offshore wind power project in Southwest China. It is divided into the Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project (1.8 million kilowatts) and the Qinzhou Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project (0.9 million kilowatts). In August 2022, it will be controlled by Guangxi Investment Group. Participate in the competition for development rights.
