On April 7, 2023, the public resource trading service platform of Zhejiang Province released the bidding announcement for the reconstruction and expansion project of the Linhai Qingling to Wenling Daxiling section of the G15 Shenyang-Haikou National Expressway of the Yongtaiwen Expressway. People from Taizhou Jiaotou Expressway Co., Ltd., the total investment of the project is about 15.969 billion yuan.

Overview of Existing Expressways

The existing expressway is part of the G15 Shenyang-Haikou National Expressway. The project starts from Qingling, Linhai City, passes through Linshuiyang, Huangyan Xicheng, Yuanqiao, Gaoqiao, Wenling Daxi, and ends at Huwu Street, Yueqing City. The terminal stake number is K1632+708~K1672+683, with a total length of 40.2 kilometers. The main line of the whole line adopts the standard construction of four-lane fully enclosed, full-overpass expressway heavy hilly area, and the design driving speed is 100km/h. The existing expressway started construction in October 1994, was completed and opened to traffic in December 1999, and was completed and accepted in December 2003. There is 1 existing hub interconnection, which is a water-ocean hub; there are 4 general interconnections, namely Linhainan, Taizhou, Taizhou South, and Wenling West interconnections; and 1 hub under construction is Daxi Hub.

Reconstruction and expansion project overview

This project starts from the Linhai South Interchange, the starting point number is K42+834.987, the route is widened on both sides of the main line of the Linhai South Interchange, and the reconstruction of the Linhai South Interchange passes through Qingtantou Village and passes through the Jintai Railway. Add a three-lane tunnel, use the viaduct to cross the existing water-ocean hub, and the route is laid out on both sides of the roadbed in the form of a viaduct. Lane tunnel, enter Taizhou interchange after exiting the hole, widen both sides of the main line of the interchange, set Huangyan No. Huangyan No. 2 Viaduct, Nancheng Interchange Main Line Bridge, Huangyan No. 3 Viaduct, Huangyan No. 4 Viaduct and Yuanqiao Interconnection Main Line Bridge, arrange Nancheng Interchange and Jiucheng Avenue in Niudu Village, Huangyan, and cross the abandoned Yuanyuan Bridge to the south to reach the show The Ling Reservoir is set up with a yard-bridge intercommunication and service area. To the south, the original site of the Tangling Tunnel is expanded into a two-way eight-lane tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, it enters the Daxi Hub and connects with the Wenling Connection Line. It widens both sides to the south to transform the Wenling West Interchange. , to the south, the overpass on Deming West Road is changed to an underpass, and enters the Daxiling Tunnel. The two sides of the Daxiling Tunnel are separated and added. The terminal number is K82+986.888, and the total length of the route is 40.152 kilometers. Simultaneously build a 1.25km south city interconnection line and a 5.538km courtyard bridge interconnection line.

The main line is equipped with 16602.51m/7 large bridges, 4497.59m/12 large bridges, 384.8m/15 small and medium bridges, and 4 tunnels with a total length of 5525.226m, accounting for 67.3% of the entire line. There are 2 hubs, 5 general exchanges, 1 service area, 1 management sub-center, and 1 maintenance work area. Simultaneous construction of the interconnection line with a total length of 6.788km, including 1.25km of the Nancheng Interconnection Line and 5.538km of the Yuanqiao Interconnection Line.

The main line of this project adopts the two-way eight-lane expressway standard reconstruction and expansion. The design speed of the 20.256km section from Shuiyang Hub to Yuanqiao Interchange is 120km/h, the width of the integral roadbed is 41.5m, and the single width of the separated roadbed is 20.75m; The speed is 100km/h, the width of the integral roadbed is 41.0m, and the single width of the separated roadbed is 20.5m. The 7.995km section from Mazongling Tunnel to Shuiyang Junction and Daxiling Tunnel adopts a two-way ten-lane road layout with three lanes on both sides, and a single roadbed width of 16.75m.

The Nancheng Interconnection Line adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 60km/h and a roadbed width of 23.5m; the courtyard-bridge interconnection line adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 24.5m.
