Recently, the expansion project of the 500 kV booster station of Jingneng Chagannaoer Power Plant undertaken by Hebei Engineering Company has started piling, which means that the project has officially started construction.

Jingneng Chagannaoer Wind and Fire Hydrogen Storage Demonstration Project

It is understood that the Jingneng Chagannaoer Wind and Fire Hydrogen Storage Demonstration Project belongs to the Mongolia-China-Ximeng UHV Outward Transmission Phase II 4 million kilowatts scenery project. It is the first batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaics in the country focusing on deserts, Gobi and desert areas The base construction project is also a key project of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and State Grid Co., Ltd. for urgent energy supply guarantee.

The Jingneng Chagannur wind-fired thermal hydrogen storage demonstration project is located in the east of Chagannur Town, Abaga Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. A new energy 500 kV substation collection station will be built in the Jingneng Chagannur Power Plant. A set of 1000MVA main transformers will be installed in this phase, and connected to the new 500kV power distribution device of the confluence station through a 500kV outgoing line. The electrical device bus is connected.

After the completion of the Jingneng Chagannaoer wind-fired thermal hydrogen storage demonstration project, new energy power will be sent to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong and East China regions through the Ximeng UHV AC-DC channel, realizing a large-scale optimized allocation of clean energy.
