On the morning of April 27, 2023, four major projects in Ejin Horo Banner started intensively. Hua Ruifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Ordos Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Banner Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony and announced the start of the project of Ruiqu Technology Co., Ltd., and the electronic chemicals and supporting chemicals projects of Meien Zhenghe New Materials Co., Ltd.

The projects started this time include the Erdos Phase II project of Envision Power Intelligent Battery Industrial Park, the R&D and manufacturing project of Ruiqu hydrogen energy equipment and core components, the Mein Zhenghe project with an annual output of 380,000 tons of electronic chemicals and their supporting chemicals, the Inner Mongolia Pan Hongxin energy storage and transportation and oil and gas storage and distribution base construction project.

Among them, the Erdos phase II project of Envision Power Intelligent Battery Industrial Park has a planned production capacity of 20GWh, and produces high-quality battery products around the needs of global customers.
