On May 4, 2023, Aiko held a general meeting of shareholders, deliberated and passed the proposal on signing the Aiko 30GW new high-efficiency photovoltaic module project investment agreement with the Management Committee of Yiwu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang Province.

According to the agreement, Zhejiang Aixu Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sign the "Aixu 30GW New High-efficiency Photovoltaic Module Project Investment Agreement" with the Management Committee of Yiwu Economic and Technological Development Zone, and plans to invest in the information photoelectric high-tech project in Suxi Town, Yiwu City. Invest in the construction of new high-efficiency photovoltaic module projects with an annual output of 30GW in the industrial park.

The total investment of the project is 10.6 billion yuan, of which the total investment in fixed assets is 5.6 billion yuan. The construction period is expected to be 3 years and will be implemented in two phases.
