On March 31, 2020, the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway Fourth Power System Integration and related engineering construction contracting tenders were officially released, marking that the Fuzhou-Xiamen High Speed Rail Four Power and related projects are about to enter the formal construction phase. According to the contents of the tender announcement, the construction of the four power lines on the entire line is scheduled to begin in July 2020 and be completed by the end of March 2022. The entire line is scheduled to be opened to traffic in October 2022.
The new Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway is located in the coastal area of Fujian Province, starting from Fuzhou City in the north, passing Putian City, Quanzhou City, and Xiamen City and Zhangzhou City in the South. The length of the main line is 277.42 kilometers, with eight stations in Fuzhou South, Fuqing West, Putian, Quangang, Quanzhou East, Quanzhou South, Xiamen North, and Zhangzhou. Among them, one existing station was rebuilt, four new stations were built, three new parking lots were built in parallel with the existing stations, and two motor vehicle operation stations were newly built. Designed driving speed is 350km / h.
The bidding scope of this project is the entire power line of the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway (including 10 / 0.4KV station substations and outdoor high and low-voltage power lines), electrification, communication, signaling, disaster monitoring, four power independent houses and auxiliary projects, tunnel fire protection, Lighting, permanent ventilation, cave door, etc. Excludes post-station simultaneous implementation projects that have been included in the pre-station project bidding, and excludes other housing projects outside the four independent houses.
The bidding of the four electrical system integration and related projects is set as one bidding section, namely the FXSD bidding. The main projects include the main line project, the coastal passenger special synchronous construction project and the liaison line and moving line project.
1. Frontline engineering
Fuzhou South Tie Line Project, with a line length of 1.396 km.
DK1 + 318.11 ~ DK274 + 465.75, the length of the line is 267.803km (including the first-stage construction section).
Zhangzhou Liaison Line Project, the line length is 4.232km.
Zhangzhou Station Reconstruction Project K1149 + 810.90 (Hangzhou-Shenzhen Line Mileage) ~ K1153 + 800 (Hangzhou-Shenzhen Line Mileage), the line length is 3.989 km.
Putian Station's newly built parking lot running line connects the existing field with the passenger field. In summary, the length of the main line is 277.420km, all of which are new construction projects.
2. Simultaneous construction of coastal passenger special projects
The synchronous construction project scope of the Coastal Passenger College (Fuzhou) is DK0 + 104.48 ~ DK1 + 318.11, of which there is no synchronous construction project between DK0 + 423.50 and DK0 + 620, so the synchronous construction line length is 1.017km.
The synchronous construction scope of the Coastal Passenger College (Zhangzhou) is DK274 + 465.75 ~ DK277 + 423.00, of which there is no synchronous construction project in DK276 + 234.075 ~ DK277 + 255.00, so the synchronous construction line length is 1.936km. In summary, the length of the coastal passenger-only project is 2.953km.
3. Tie line and moving line project
There are 7 liaison lines in the whole line, 2 of which have been included in the main line project, and 2 of them are reserved. The total length of the liaison line project is 1.062km (single line). There are 2 moving train lines at 4 locations, including Fuzhou South Moving Line 1, Fuzhou South Moving Line 2, Xiamen North Moving Line 3 and Xiamen North Moving Line 4, with a total length of 21.255km (single line) and a new moving vehicle line connecting Xiamen North The first train station and the second train station.
The Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway is an important part of constructing the Beijing-Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway passenger corridor and the southeast coastal railway passenger corridor.
