According to reports, a total of 10 companies participated in the on-site promotion activities of this major project, with a total investment of 5.168 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 736 million yuan. Among them, there are 2 industrial projects, 2 infrastructure projects, and 6 livelihood projects. Since 2023, Shunqing District has carried out one major project training session, awarded three horse awards and two snail awards; two major project on-site promotion activities, and concentrated construction of 14 major projects with a total investment of 3.923 billion yuan. Yifeng Intelligent Parking Southwest Operation Headquarters and Production Base Project

With a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, it covers an area of about 168 acres and a total construction area of about 350,000 square meters. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will be the Southwest production base project, with an investment of 1 billion yuan, covering an area of about 108 mu, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters. It mainly constructs stacker cranes, robot carriers, traversing vehicles, elevators, heavy-duty parking system production lines, intelligent parking garage equipment assembly, and supporting prefabricated steel structure production lines. It is expected to be fully completed in October 2024. The second phase of construction of Southwest Operation Headquarters project mainly includes sales center, maintenance center and big data center, intelligent technology exhibition center with automobile as the theme, conference training center, etc. After fully reaching the production capacity, it is estimated that the annual output value will be more than 3 billion yuan, the tax creation will be more than 100 million yuan, and about 600 people will be employed.
