The second expressway in Cambodia, the Jinba Expressway, has a total length of 138 kilometers and is expected to cost 1.638 billion US dollars. In conjunction with the construction of Jinba Expressway, the Cambodian government will allocate 230 million US dollars to build a bridge across the Mekong River to connect Luoweiyan County, Kandal Province and Highway 1.
