On May 17, 2023, the Ministry of Emergency Management issued the "Decision on Giving 5 Collective Rewards to Bi Hongyi and Other 56 Comrades and the Beijing Fire Rescue Corps to Turkey Earthquake Rescue Team" For his outstanding contribution, Li Bin, deputy general manager of SANY Southeast Europe, was awarded the third-class merit. He is the only individual from an enterprise who has won the third-class and above awards in this commendation!

According to the "Interim Regulations on Rewards for Emergency Management System" formulated by the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the rewards of the emergency management system are divided into three categories from low to high: commendation, third-class merit, second-class merit, first-class merit, and award title. Among them, the standard for recording third-class merit is "outstanding achievements and great contributions".

On February 6, two consecutive 7.8-magnitude earthquakes hit Turkey, causing heavy casualties and property losses.

In the face of the disaster, SANY immediately dispatched the best personnel, equipped with the best equipment, and deployed the most urgent supplies, and fully cooperated with the Chinese rescue team to carry out the work and do everything possible to resist the earthquake and disaster relief.

Li Bin, deputy general manager of SANY Southeast Europe, who was on a business trip in Serbia, returned to Turkey immediately after learning of the disaster, and led the establishment of the "SANY Rescue Team" with the support of the whole company, and organized 12 people on the evening of February 8 , 5 vehicles departed from Ankara, divided into two groups, went all the way to Antakya, the epicenter, to join the Chinese rescue team, and went all the way to Kayseri to set up a logistics team to replenish the supplies needed in front, and rushed to rescue the hardest hit areas in the starry night.

On the morning of February 9, after driving more than 600 kilometers overnight, the team led by Li Bin successfully merged with the Chinese rescue team. It was the first enterprise rescue team to connect with the Chinese rescue team.

The arrival of the SANY rescue team solved the urgent needs of the Chinese rescue team in a timely manner. It not only provided some fuel, drinking water, blankets and other materials, but also helped to ensure the basic living needs of the Chinese rescue team. Convenience and support are provided.

At the rescue site, Li Bin kept coordinating 42 SANY Chinese and earth workers, mobilized 8 SANY equipment, assisted in the search and rescue of 4 survivors, and directly participated in the search and rescue of 1 survivor. Heartfelt thanks from the masses.
