After more than half a year of unremitting efforts, Jiang Chuanqi visited more than 30 potential customers , collected a large number of user and operator needs, as well as operating environment, working conditions and other information, which laid the foundation for the precise customization of marketing plans for market segments and the improvement of the popularity of XCMG forklifts in the Brazilian market.

By inviting customers to visit the manufacturing plant on the cloud, take a test drive, demonstrate product performance and service guarantee and other powerful measures, the team quickly signed 2 product orders and 18 intention purchase agreement orders.

When he first arrived in Brazil, the business team took shape, and there was a relative shortage of professional technical developers. In November 2022, a global agricultural technology company in Brazil issued information on the purchase of forklifts. Prior to this, the company mainly guaranteed logistics needs in the form of leasing, which had mismatched resources and high usage costs.
