Lushan Station is located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is an existing passenger station reconstruction and expansion project. There are 180 staff members in 5 groups including command, operation, safety, protection and logistics at the push site to provide all-round support for the push. In order to ensure the safety of railway operation, the project team invited a team of external experts to jointly analyze and verify the scheme from multiple angles, combined with the actual situation on site, conducted as many as 11 studies and demonstrations, and finally adopted the segmental production in the factory + on-site sub-unit group The Pin+Numerical Control hydraulic synchronous jacking scheme was implemented, which saved 8 months of time compared with the conventional hoisting scheme on the premise of ensuring driving safety.
It is reported that the roof push of the East Station of Lushan Station will be carried out in three times, and two more pushes will be carried out in mid-July, which will fill the gap in the efficient and safe construction of large-scale station buildings on busy railway lines.
