On May 24, 2023, CEEC Shanxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and Sungrow Australia Co., Ltd. formed a joint venture to formally sign the contract in Shanghai for the Templers energy storage offshore EPC project in South Australia, Australia. Secretary of the company's party committee and chairman Wang Xianwen witnessed the signing and delivered a speech. Deputy general manager Han Junqing signed the project contract on behalf of Shanxi Power Construction.

Wang Xianwen said in his speech that Shanxi Power Construction is a state-owned central enterprise with large-scale infrastructure investment and construction, project contracting and operation management capabilities, and has rich management experience and market advantages. The successful signing of the Tapplex energy storage offshore EPC project in South Australia, Australia is an important manifestation of the strong alliance and complementary advantages of all parties.
