At the same time, a pressure and displacement detection system is also installed on the outer tank wall and dome, and real-time monitoring is carried out through the digital intelligent monitoring platform to ensure that the dome reaches the design position safely and smoothly. Through the four major systems of balance guidance, storage tank sealing, jacking power and intelligent monitoring, the parameters such as air pressure, speed, and deflection rate when the tank is lifted are precisely controlled to fully guarantee the safety and stability of the air pressure lift. When the dome is raised to the predetermined position, it is welded to the top of the tank wall while maintaining the pressure inside the tank, so as to complete the entire roof lifting operation.
The construction of Fuzhou Zhongmin New Energy Propane Low Temperature Tank Project not only promoted the construction of Fujian Meide Petrochemical and Wanjing Petrochemical PDH projects in Fuzhou, but also extended polypropylene to downstream enterprises such as Zhongjing Petrochemical, Zhongjiang Petrochemical and Shangjing New Materials.
