Sun Power signed the largest independent energy storage order in South Australia

Sun Power and China Energy Construction Shanxi Power signed an agreement with ZEN Energy to supply the PowerTitan liquid-cooled energy storage system for the Templers Independent Energy storage project in South Australia.

The project, with a total installed capacity of 138MW/330MWh, has been approved by AEMO, the local power grid company, and is expected to be completed in 2024. It will be the largest independent energy storage project in South Australia, which can effectively improve the stability and flexibility of local new energy use and help Australia move towards a comprehensive clean energy era.

As the proportion of new energy connected to the grid increases and the degree of marketization of electricity trading improves, the economy of power generation side distribution storage and independent energy storage in Australia gradually emerges. As a well-known electricity retailer in Australia, ZEN Energy attaches great importance to technological innovation of new energy equipment and GPS grid-connection capability. The solar power PowerTitan liquid-cooled energy storage system selected for Templers project is based on the professional integrated design concept of three-power integration, which achieves full chain security and fast grid connection, which can bring higher profits to customers.

Zheneng Group and Masdar Company jointly build the largest photovoltaic project in Central Asia

Recently, Zheneng Group's real control enterprise, Zhonglai Stock, and Source Trading Company Limited, a subsidiary of Masdar, ABU Dhabi's Future Energy Company of the United Arab Emirates, officially reached an agreement to supply 1GW photovoltaic modules for STC's Uzbekistan project. This cooperation with STC is the latest achievement of international energy cooperation of Zheneng Group and a landmark project of overseas new energy industry layout.
