Kazakhstan, where the Belt and Road Initiative was initiated, is one of the first countries to carry out Belt and Road cooperation with China and an important cooperative partner of China in Central Asia.

The Belt and Road Initiative provides an open and inclusive platform for international cooperation, creating favorable conditions for Kazakhstan to integrate into international transport and industrial supply chains. Since 2013, Kazakhstan has gradually become an important transportation hub in Central Asia. Meanwhile, the construction and development in the field of logistics has also brought convenience to the expansion of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in the field of energy.
