On May 29, 2023, the Shandong Provincial Public Resource Trading Center issued a bidding announcement for the construction of the Dezhou Decheng to Gaotang section of the Deyun Expressway. The bidder was Dezhou Dedan Expressway Construction Co., Ltd., with a planned investment of 6.79 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The Dezhou Decheng to Gaotang section of Deyun Expressway is an important component of the "Vertical Eight" line in the "Nine Verticals, Five Horizontals, One Ring, Seven Shoots, and Multiple Connections" expressway network in Shandong Province. The project starts from the G0321 Deshang Expressway in the northeast direction of Tengzhuang Village, Huanghe Ya Town, Decheng District, and connects with the Deshang Expressway through a hub interchange. It runs south through Decheng District, Pingyuan County, and Gaotang County, Liaocheng City, and connects with the Qingyin Expressway. It also connects with the Gaotang to Dong'a section of Deyun Expressway, The endpoint is located 420 meters south of the intersection of Gaotang Dong'a section of Deyun Expressway and Qingyin Expressway. The total length of the project is 46.117 kilometers, including 4.78 kilometers in Decheng District, 31.714 kilometers in Pingyuan County, and 9.618 kilometers in Gaotang County. The main line adopts the standard of a two-way four lane highway, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 27 meters. There are 2 major bridges of 570m, 9 medium bridges of 516m, 1 small bridge of 16m, 9 separated interchanges of 651m, 113 channels, and 70 culverts along the entire line; There are 6 interchanges, 1 service area, 1 maintenance area, 1 monitoring sub center, 5 ramp toll stations, and 2 connecting lines.

This bidding is divided into three sections. The bidding scope covers the construction preparation stage, construction stage, handover and acceptance stage, and defect liability period stage of the subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, intersection engineering, drainage engineering, traffic safety facilities engineering, protection engineering, green environmental protection engineering, embedded pipeline engineering, temporary engineering, three renovation engineering, housing construction site earthwork, site roads, squares and other engineering included in this project section.
