The recommended line of the proposed Henan Provincial Boundary Section of the Railway from airport to Dafeng Port in Jiangsu Province (Lianggang Railway) starts from airport in Zhengzhou and passes through Weishi, Tongxu, Suixian, Ningling, Shangqiu urban area, Yucheng, Xiayi and Yongcheng in Henan Province, with a total length of about 278 kilometers. Adopting the National Railway Class I standard, dual track, electric traction, with a design speed of 160 to 200 kilometers per hour, it is a dual purpose passenger and freight trunk channel. The project bidding control price is 1 million yuan.

The total length of the two port railway line is about 728 kilometers, including approximately 278 kilometers in Henan Province, 177 kilometers in Anhui Province, and 273 kilometers in Jiangsu Province.
