On May 18, the Development and Reform Commission of the Tibet Autonomous Region issued a notice on the issuance of the "2023 Development and Construction Plan for Wind power, photovoltaic power generation and other new energy projects", showing that in order to effectively ensure the safe supply of electricity in the region, according to the project storage situation declared by various localities (municipalities) and the conditions for connecting and connecting the regional power grid, In 2023, the construction scale of new energy projects such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation will increase by 5.735 million kW.
The construction scale of guaranteed grid-connected projects is 3.73 million kW. Including wind power 600,000 kilowatts, photovoltaic 2.78 million kilowatts, solar thermal 350,000 kilowatts, pure photovoltaic configuration minimum energy storage scale of 1.44 million KWH. Among them, the guaranteed photovoltaic projects are 1.35 million kilowatts (supporting energy storage is not less than 1.08 million KWH). Local (municipal) energy departments shall organize and carry out competitive allocation according to the annual construction scale.
The construction scale of market-oriented grid-connected projects is 200.5 million kw.
